Two persons, including the suspect, died and 10 others wounded in three serial blasts that occurred Thursday morning in the eastern Chinese city of Fuzhou, according to local officials. Qian Mingqi, 52, a jobless man, was suspected of setting off the bombs. He died in one of the explosions, according to local authorities. The blasts took place between 9.20 am and 9.45 am at three different areas of the city, close to the district government office, the district’s drug and food administration and the local procuratorate office.
