US President Obama has described the killings in Afghanistan that were triggered following the Quran burning by a radical Christian pastor in America as “outrageous”. In a statement released on Saturday, Obama said that the debasement of any holy book, including the Quran is an act of bigotry and extreme intolerance. “However, to attack and kill innocent people in response is outrageous, and an affront to human decency and dignity,” added the president.
