Norway’s Internal Security Chief Janne Kristiansen resigned on Wednesday after she mistakenly revealed confidential information that the country had secret agents in Pakistan.
According to the transcript of parliamentary hearing, in replying to a question about contacts with Pakistani intelligence, she replied that Norway’s E service is already working in Pakistan. On the other hand, Pakistan is seeking clarification from Norway on the comment.

Kristiansen was already being reprimanded for saying her agency could not have done more to prevent the attack by Islamophobe Anders Behring Breivik.
