Moscow raised its concerns regarding NATO’s attack on Libya on Friday. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated in a radio interview that the military body’s actions should be examined to establish their adherence of international laws and regulations. “We need to analyze NATO actions in terms of their compliance with international law,” he said.

NATO participated in military airstrikes in Libya to help the National Transitional Council oust Colonel Gaddafi from power.
