Ayman Al-Zawahri, the longtime deputy of assassinated Al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden, has threatened to launch attacks on the US, saying his chief terrorized America when he was alive and will continue doing that after his death. “We will pursue the jihad until we expel the invaders from Muslim lands,” Zawahri said in a tribute for Bin Laden in a 28-minute video message entitled “The Noble Knight Dismounted” that was posted online on Wednesday. He promised to give sacrifices required to deprive the US of security. Zawahri also urged the Pakistanis to rise up against their leaders, who he said were “traitors”.
