Hundreds of Baloch political activists are being detained and tortured by Pakistani security forces in the Balochistan province, Human Rights Watch has claimed. The area is currently the hub of an insurgency by indigenous tribesmen struggling for greater political rights.The new report titled “We can torture, kill and keep you for years” concentrates on political activists held without trial. Many of them were killed later, according to the report. The Supreme Court is probing the disappearances and killings.
