Police Arrest Suspects Allegedly Involved In Karachi DHA Bomb Attack

Police arrested eight suspects allegedly involved in attacks in the residential area of Defense Housing Authority (DHA) in the suburbs of Pakistan’s main city Karachi. Eight people were killed and several others were injured on Monday when a vehicle carrying 300kgs of explosives rammed into the residence of Chaudhy Aslam Khan, superintendant PF Police (SP) Crime Investigation Department (CID).

Police officials believe the attack to be the work of terrorist organization Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan. Sources report, police have interrogated three commanders of the group. Officials believe the terrorists were operating from Kunwari Colony and Itehad town in Karachi.
