Pakistan believes US reports that Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laded died last week in a raid launched by US forces are correct; however, it is not sure whether his corpse had been dumped in the sea, according to the Pakistani interior minister. Rehman Malik said during an interview on Sunday with the Saudi newspaper Okaz that America had not informed Pakistan about its plans to conduct that military operation in Abbottabad, adding he came to know about it 15 minutes after it had ended. According to Malik, Islamabad has acquired significant pieces of information from the wife of Bin Laden but wouldn’t make it public at this stage.
