President Obama is planning to send his supporters an email or text message, announcing his re-election campaign, according to Democratic sources.  The message, which may include a video and would also be posted on the internet, could appear as early as Monday. The sources said that Obama’s team is hoping to file documents with the US Federal Election Commission on the same day to commence his re-election campaign for 2012. The timing of the filing and the announcement could, however, change based on outside events.ac
