Missile Strike Destroys Qaddafi Residence

Context
A missile attack on the residence of Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi in Tripoli has destroyed a compound which, according to coalition officials, was being used as a command center. Qaddafi’s location at the time of the attack remains unknown. Around 300 pro-Qaddafi soldiers were present in the building when the missile struck. Casualties are yet to be reported. Elimination of Qaddafi is not the stated objective of the air campaign being waged against Libya.
