Militants on Friday stormed into a terminal in northwest Pakistan used by trucks to transport supplies for NATO forces in Afghanistan, killing three security guards. According to government officials, the attackers killed the guards by cutting their throats. The attack was carried out in Landi Kotal near the border with Afghanistan. Elsewhere in the restive northwest, a young boy was killed in a blast set off by a to-be suicide attacker while running away from people who were firing at him.
