President ObamaThe Western campaign in Libya won’t become an expensive, lengthy mission for the United States, according to President Barack Obama. In a televised speech on Monday, the president justified US involvement in the military operation against Col. Muammar Qaddafi and said that the US isn’t afraid to take action, especially when the lives of civilians are in danger. But Obama insisted that Libya won’t become a new Iraq.
