India and Pakistan on Tuesday agreed to put in place a “terror hotline” so that the two countries can warn each other of likely terror attacks, a move aimed at building trust between the two neighbors as they try to restore peace process. In a meeting between Pakistan’s Interior Secretary Qamar Zaman Chaudhary and India’s Home Secretary G.K. Pillai, the two countries also agreed to remain engaged on all outstanding issues by holding talks bi-annually.
