Context
Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday will hold talks with a delegation of Palestinian officials in Moscow ahead of a meeting between international mediators of Palestinian-Israeli conflict. The Palestinian group was lead by Nabil Shaath, the ex-foreign minister of the Palestinian Authority who is a top-ranking PNA negotiator on Palestinian-Israeli issues. Russian sources said that the agenda of the talks would include a dispute between Hamas and Fatah over the establishment of a Palestinian unity government.
