A pipeline providing gas to Jordan and Israel from Egypt was blown up by Saboteurs on Monday, causing a shutdown in the gas supply, according to Egyptian security sources. The blast took place at a station beside the pipeline at Bir Abd in the northern Sinai Peninsula, the sources added. This is the third time since early February that the pipeline supplying natural gas to Jordan and Israel has been targeting. According to sources, men carrying machine guns and riding a small truck forced security personnel at the site to leave before planting the explosives.
