The central hospital in Deraa, a city in Southern Syria, has received the dead bodies of around 25 demonstrators who were killed in clashes with armed forces, according to a hospital official. Armed forces on Wednesday fired shots at hundreds of people who had gathered at the entrance to Deraa to stage an anti-government demonstration. At least 32 people have died in confrontations with armed forces in Syria since Friday.
