China on Monday described the killing of Osama Bin Laden as a positive development and milestone for the global anti-terror efforts. “China has taken note of the announcement,” said Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jiang Yu. “We believe the death of Osama bin Laden is a milestone and a positive development for the international anti-terrorism efforts.” Yu further added, “Terrorism is the common enemy of the international community. China has also been a victim of terrorism.”
