Speaking at a joint press conference with his visiting French counterpart Nicolas Sarkozy, Hu further said the use of force won’t stop the armed political face-off in Libya. Sarkozy is in China to attend a summit of the G-20 countries. France is a strong supporter of the military campaign against Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi. China refrained from the Security Council vote on the North African country, but didn’t veto the resolution.</p>
