The US-led military coalition in Afghanistan on Thursday admitted that its troops had unintentionally killed an unknown number of children and women this week during a clash with militants in east of the country, adding it is also looking into a separate accusation of civilian deaths in the same area. Karzai’s office didn’t issue any statement regarding either case.
